Shape the party average

Every quiz response feeds into a live average dot on the compass. This shows the collective position of everyone who has taken the quiz, helping shape the direction of the Direct Democracy Party.

How it works

1

Answer 8 statements using a 5-point scale: Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, or Strongly Disagree.

2

Each answer shifts your position on the economic axis (left/right) and the social axis (liberty/order). The compass plots you in one of four quadrants.

3

Your result is shown on a colourful compass chart alongside the six major Australian parties and the live average of all quiz takers.

4

Share your result with a personalised OG image card. Your answers are anonymous and contribute to the running average that reflects the community.

How your quiz shapes the party

The Direct Democracy Party does not have a fixed political position set by leaders. Instead, the party's direction is shaped by its members and supporters. Every time someone takes this quiz, their result is averaged into a live “community dot” on the compass. This dot moves as more people participate, reflecting the real-time collective position of all quiz takers. When the party registers and holds binding member votes on policy, this taster average provides a starting signal of where the community stands on the key issues.
